Dan Latto, The Think Tank Group - Entrepreneur, Investor, Mentor...
I
am pleased to confirm that local Entrepreneur, Dan Latto
will again be chairing our Round Table Discussion this month. Dan was
brought up with the usual "work hard, get a better job" mentality
and found it a real hard slog! He always knew that he wanted to do his
own thing, and work for himself and create his wealth that way. Property
was the way forward...
Semi-retired at the age of 29, Dan started his next business at age 31 due to being disappointed with the letting agents in Leeds not being able to rent his properties out. So he formed The Think Tank Group, initially letting out his own properties and then taking on the properties of other landlords. He has added a nationwide Furniture Package business so landlords do not need to worry about sourcing and building furniture, and has developed a strong niche within the short-term lets area. More recently, Dan has focused on Franchising his successful Lettings business across the UK, as well as completely systemising this and his furniture package business so he can focus on other areas.
Dan has been investing in his personal education and development and, as well as sharing his approach to setting realistic but stretching goals, he'll again be sharing what's he's been doing recently and how he can help you...always entertaining, and worth the entrance fee alone...so why not reserve your place today...and fill in your details below.
